Responsibilities
- Perform accurate daily bank reconciliations and credit card statements.
- Process and post weekly payroll transactions for the weekend workforce.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure all invoices are paid on time.
- Assist in the month-end close process by preparing necessary reports.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online or Xero.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Must be available to work Weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
