Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable reconciliation.
- Manage bank reconciliations and credit card statements.
- Process payroll and expense reports accurately.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Maintain and update accounting software (QuickBooks/Xero).
- Ensure compliance with local and federal tax regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Xero.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday).
