Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Prepare and issue payments via ACH, wire transfer, and check.
- Assist in the month-end close process by providing weekend AP reports.
- Manage vendor inquiries and maintain accurate vendor master data.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit trails.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of AP workflows, GAAP, and general accounting principles.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend shifts.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting preferred.
