Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees accurately and timely using [Payroll Software Name].
- Review and verify timecards, timesheets, and leave requests for accuracy.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including garnishments, tax filings, and year-end summaries.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee payroll data and sensitive financial information.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Previous experience as a Payroll Clerk or in a similar finance role is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks).
- Strong understanding of FLSA regulations, state tax laws, and payroll compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
