- Perform monthly reconciliations and financial reporting
- Process payroll and manage expense reimbursements
- Prepare financial statements for client reviews
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Manage accounts payable/receivable operations
- Conduct internal audits and financial audits
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- CPA or CPA preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
