Responsibilities
- Execute weekend month-end closing procedures including journal entries and reconciliations
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision and timeliness
- Prepare weekend financial reports and variance analyses for senior management
- Manage weekend bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
- Assist with weekend payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Support weekend audits and internal control assessments
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless financial continuity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of public or corporate accounting experience
- CPA license or active pursuit strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated experience with month-end closing processes
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
