Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processing and reconciliation
- Execute weekend bank transactions and cash management procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for weekend reporting cycles
- Assist with month-end closing processes and audit preparation
- Maintain accurate financial records in accounting systems
- Process weekend payroll transactions and employee expense reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and financial regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of accounting experience with weekend availability
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
