Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and issue payments via ACH and wire transfers.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with month-end closing processes and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or QuickBooks).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
