Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees bi-weekly using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate garnishments, deductions, and tax withholdings per federal/state regulations
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours
- Generate year-end W-2s and 1099s with 100% accuracy
- Implement new hire onboarding for payroll documentation
- Audit time records and approve overtime calculations
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and deductions
- Maintain compliance with FLSA, DOL, and Wisconsin labor laws
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent proficiency
- Deep knowledge of federal/state payroll tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table experience
- Proven track record of zero-error payroll cycles
- Associate degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) preferred
- Ability to prioritize in deadline-driven environments
