Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations including CO wage laws
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and year-end W-2/1099 processing
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies with General Ledger
- Collaborate with HR on new hires, terminations, and compensation changes
- Generate payroll reports for executive leadership and external audits
- Maintain confidential employee records and payroll documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Expertise in ADP Workforce Now or comparable HCM system
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and QuickBooks Online
- CPP or FPC certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, CO labor laws, and IRS regulations
- Proven track record of zero-error payroll cycles
- BS in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
