Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Verify and reconcile time records with HR systems and manager approvals
- Calculate and process garnishments, deductions, and tax withholdings
- Generate payroll reports for internal audits and compliance
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within SLA timeframe
- Maintain compliance with federal/state labor laws (FLSA, FICA, etc.)
- Collaborate with HR during onboarding/offboarding for payroll integration
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP, QuickBooks, or similar payroll software
- Strong knowledge of federal/state tax regulations and labor laws
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- CPP or FPC certification preferred
- Proven attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in high-volume periods
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
