Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll cycles for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings with 99.9% accuracy
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies weekly
- Implement payroll process improvements using data analytics
- Support HR initiatives with time-off tracking and new hire onboarding
- Stay updated on FLSA, NC state laws, and ACA compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent expertise
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation preferred
- Deep knowledge of NC wage and hour regulations
- Proven track record of resolving complex payroll discrepancies
- BS in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
