Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish wage attachments (taxes, child support, etc.)
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Generate tax filings (941, 940, state unemployment) via EFTPS
- Administer benefits enrollments and deductions
- Prepare year-end W-2s and 1099s
- Document all processes for SOX compliance
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding
Qualifications
- 3+ years US payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Expertise in multi-state tax regulations (FL, IL, NY)
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation
- Experience with garnishment processing and compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet urgent deadlines with 100% accuracy
