Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance for CA, OR, and WA
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies in real-time
- Generate payroll reports for executive leadership and auditors
- Oversee new hire onboarding for payroll data collection
- Coordinate with HR on benefits enrollment and deductions
- Implement process improvements using payroll analytics
Qualifications
- 5+ years US payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- ADP Workforce Now certification required
- Expert knowledge of CA wage orders and tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience with 401(k) and HSA administration
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
