Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and resolve customer concerns promptly
- Balance cash drawer daily and adhere to strict compliance protocols
- Actively cross-sell bank products (checking, savings, loans) to meet sales targets
- Maintain secure handling of cash, checks, and sensitive customer documents
- Operate banking software and digital transaction platforms efficiently
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve quarterly financial goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking systems (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical accuracy
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Texas Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Pass criminal background check and credit check
