Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely collection.
- Reconcile monthly billing statements and resolve any discrepancies or billing errors with clients.
- Maintain and update accurate customer records in our billing software and ERP systems.
- Prepare and issue monthly financial statements and reports as required by management.
- Collaborate with the collections team and customer service to address billing inquiries and resolve disputes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related finance role.
- Proficiency with billing software (e.g., QuickBooks, Bill.com, Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and billing cycles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- High degree of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
