Responsibilities
- Process and verify a high volume of invoices (AP) accurately and timely to ensure vendor satisfaction.
- Manage vendor accounts, including resolving payment discrepancies and maintaining positive vendor relationships.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements weekly.
- Assist with month-end close processes, including accruals and adjustments.
- Perform partial month-end accounting duties and generate required financial reports.
- Maintain accurate records in the ERP system (SAP/Oracle preferred).
- Assist with ad-hoc accounting projects and general ledger support as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role.
- Proficiency with accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during the weekend shift.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is a plus.
