Responsibilities
- Execute daily bank reconciliations and credit card statements with zero errors.
- Manage and process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
- Prepare and post accurate journal entries and adjust accruals.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Process payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Must be available to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
