Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service and financial guidance
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Adhere to strict security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate with branch team members to achieve service and sales goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency in basic math and financial transaction processing
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain financial products clearly
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid Maryland driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and credit review
