Responsibilities

  • Process and distribute payroll for all employees on a bi-weekly schedule using ADP or Ceridian systems.
  • Verify timecards, calculate overtime, commissions, bonuses, and deductions with absolute precision.
  • Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local (California) labor laws, FLSA regulations, and tax requirements.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll tax reports, W-2s, and 1099s in a timely manner.

Qualifications
