- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and payment issues within SLAs
- Collaborate with sales teams to process contract renewals and adjustments
- Generate monthly/quarterly revenue reports for executive leadership
- Implement process improvements to reduce billing cycle time by 15%
- Conduct audits of billing systems and compliance with SOX regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years in medical/billing or SaaS finance operations
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Salesforce CPQ
- CPA or AAP certification strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Proven experience with EDI and HIPAA compliance
- Exceptional problem-solving with 0 billing error tolerance
- Ability to manage high-volume transactions during month-end closes
