- Implement and optimize billing workflows using SAP/Oracle ERP systems
- Collaborate with sales teams on contract terms and pricing structures
- Ensure HIPAA/GDPR compliance in all billing documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical or corporate billing experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) credential required
- Exceptional attention to detail with <0.5% error tolerance
- Experience with EDI 835/837 claim submissions
- Proven ability to resolve complex payment disputes
