Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and external audit schedules.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve financial processes and internal controls.
- Process payroll and expense reports accurately and timely.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- CPA or CMA certification is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and auditing principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
