Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (FLSA, FICA, etc.)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefits enrollments
- Prepare and file quarterly tax forms (941s, state unemployment, etc.)
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and auditors
- Coordinate year-end W-2 processing and 1099s
- Train junior payroll staff on processes and systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Expert knowledge of Texas payroll regulations
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- PHR or CPP certification a plus
- Experience with multi-state payroll
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
