Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and 401(k) contributions
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare year-end tax forms (W-2, 1099) and audits
- Implement payroll process improvements using automation tools
- Collaborate with HR on employee onboarding and offboarding
Qualifications
- 5+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll software expertise
- Strong knowledge of CA labor laws and FLSA regulations
- Proficient in Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Experience with high-volume tech company payroll
