Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll cycles including bi-weekly and monthly processing for 500+ employees
- Manage garnishments, deductions, tax filings, and year-end reconciliations
- Administer benefits enrollments, 401(k) contributions, and leave-of-absence tracking
- Implement and optimize payroll systems (ADP Workforce Now experience preferred)
- Conduct internal audits and resolve payroll discrepancies within SLA
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on compensation strategy
- Maintain compliance with FLSA, DOL, and Texas state regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent system expertise
- Proficiency in Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation preferred
- Strong understanding of FLSA, DOL, and Texas payroll regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
