Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish wage deductions, benefits deductions, and tax withholdings
- Prepare and file federal/state tax forms (941, 940, W-2) with 100% accuracy
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies within SLA
- Manage employee payroll inquiries and benefits administration
- Implement process improvements using Excel macros and automation tools
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification required
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and payroll software
- Familiarity with FLSA, ACA, and local Kansas labor laws
- Proven ability to handle confidential employee data with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
