Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings across Nevada jurisdictions
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies with HRIS systems
- Prepare year-end tax documents (W-2s, 1099s) and respond to IRS inquiries
- Implement payroll process improvements using Power BI analytics
- Train payroll team members on new compliance regulations
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and leave tracking
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent expertise
- Advanced Excel proficiency with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Deep knowledge of Nevada labor laws and FLSA compliance
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) preferred
- Experience with garnishment processing and tax filings
- Strong attention to detail with 99.9% accuracy rate
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
