Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now
- Verify time records and reconcile payroll discrepancies
- Manage tax filings and year-end W-2 processing
- Support HRIS data integrity and employee inquiries
- Comply with federal/state labor regulations
- Generate payroll reports for executive review
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience
- ADP certification or equivalent HRIS proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP/PIVOT TABLES
- Knowledge of CO labor laws and FLSA
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Business
- Proven attention to detail with 99.9% accuracy
- Ability to manage confidential data discreetly
