Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees across 15 states using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax regulations and FLSA requirements
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and year-end tax forms (W-2/1099)
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies in real-time
- Collaborate with HR on new hires, terminations, and benefit changes
- Generate payroll reports for executive leadership and external auditors
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and HRIS platforms
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, IRS, and Texas payroll regulations
- Proven ability to handle confidential data with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
