Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance
- Prepare quarterly tax filings and year-end reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies
- Oversee timekeeping system integrations
- Support HR with benefits administration
- Generate payroll analytics for leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience
- ADP certification or equivalent
- Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
- Knowledge of CA labor laws and FLSA
- BS in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- Proven problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
