Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish wage deductions, tax withholdings, and benefits deductions
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Generate payroll reports and reconcile discrepancies with accounting records
- Manage time and attendance systems and resolve employee inquiries
- Coordinate year-end tax filings (W-2s, 1099s) and audit preparation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- Proficiency in ADP, QuickBooks, or similar payroll software
- Strong understanding of FLSA, IRS, and Ohio payroll regulations
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
