Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees with 100% accuracy
- Maintain compliance with federal/state tax laws and labor regulations
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Administer garnishments, deductions, and employee benefits
- Generate payroll reports and analyze payroll data trends
- Support HR initiatives including onboarding and offboarding
- Utilize ADP and QuickBooks for payroll processing
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Business (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in ADP, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, IRS, and Texas payroll regulations
- Proven ability to manage confidential financial data
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Spanish bilingual preferred for diverse workforce support
