Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for salaried and hourly employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations (FLSA, OR-OSHA)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings accurately
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Assist with year-end reporting (W-2s, 1099s) and audits
- Support HR with employee payroll inquiries and onboarding paperwork
- Maintain confidential employee records in HRIS system
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- Proficiency in ADP or similar payroll software
- Strong understanding of FLSA, garnishment laws, and Oregon payroll regulations
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
