Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities for $500M+ portfolio
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and valuation analyses
- Prepare executive-level presentations for investment committees and stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional projects with portfolio companies to optimize performance
- Monitor market conditions and regulatory changes affecting investment strategies
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement of financial processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SEC regulations, and valuation methodologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with financial software (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar platforms)
