Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance trends and deliver comprehensive reporting to executive leadership
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and cost management
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and recommend strategic adjustments
- Lead month-end/quarter-end closing processes ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and integration financial analysis
- Present findings to stakeholders using data visualization tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data for non-financial audiences
