Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support executive decision-making and business strategy.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with high accuracy and adherence to GAAP standards.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Perform variance analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with department heads to interpret data and communicate financial implications.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.
- Proficiency in financial modeling using Excel (advanced functions, VBA preferred).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-finance stakeholders.
