Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Develop complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability, providing actionable insights for long-term strategy.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare high-level monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive leadership, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and variances.
- Budget Management: Assist in the annual budgeting process, monitor departmental spending, and recommend cost-saving initiatives to optimize resource allocation.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and economic indicators to support investment decisions.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to financial reporting systems and internal workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing) to align financial goals with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or corporate finance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software (e.g., Bloomberg Terminal, Capital IQ).
- Data Visualization: Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and draw logical conclusions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
