Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business growth
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance analysis reports
- Prepare executive presentations translating complex financial data into actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Lead special projects including M&A analysis and market research initiatives
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling tools
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership
- Experience with SAP or enterprise resource planning systems
- Professional certification (CFA, CPA) or actively pursuing designation
