Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and variance analysis to support strategic planning
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and financial dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects including M&A due diligence and market analysis
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling software
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Proven track record of presenting financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
