Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts: Handle full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accounted for.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements and balance sheets for review.
- Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing and tax form preparation (1099, W-2).
- Software Proficiency: Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) to maintain digital records.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with local and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2-4 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Education: Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience.
- Software: Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in data entry and financial analysis.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
