Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping operations for 15+ high-value clients
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with executive summaries
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and payroll coordination
- Conduct reconciliations across bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledgers
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial compliance
- Collaborate with tax professionals for quarterly and annual filings
- Train junior staff on accounting software best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Proven ability to manage multi-client financial portfolios
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
- Experience with construction/agricultural accounting a plus
