Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, P&L, and balance sheets.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation filings.
- Reconcile credit card statements and vendor accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and GAAP standards.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve accounting processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Online or Xero.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
