Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions accurately into the general ledger system.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and balance sheets.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical financial records.
- Perform basic data entry tasks and update spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- No prior professional bookkeeping experience required; we provide full training.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies.
- Familiarity with basic computer software and MS Office Suite (Excel preferred).
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with the team.
