Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and general ledger entries.
- Process and invoice expenses accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical financial records.
- Assist with payroll preparation under supervision.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to undergo training for accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
