- Analyze and resolve claim denials with 95%+ first-pass accuracy rate
- Coordinate with insurance providers to verify coverage and secure pre-authorizations
- Generate monthly revenue cycle reports for executive leadership
- Train junior staff on billing compliance protocols (HIPAA, CMS)
- Implement process improvements to reduce DSO by 15% annually
Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical billing experience in hospital/clinic settings
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification required
- Expertise in CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding systems
- Advanced proficiency in Epic Resolute and NextGen billing platforms
- Proven track record of reducing claim denial rates
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Finance preferred
