Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing cycles for 500+ commercial clients
- Reconcile accounts receivable reports with ERP systems
- Resolve complex billing discrepancies through customer negotiations
- Optimize billing workflows using Salesforce CPQ
- Generate monthly revenue forecasts and variance analyses
- Train junior staff on billing compliance protocols
- Collaborate with sales teams on contract billing terms
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial billing experience in healthcare/finance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Salesforce
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Expertise in HIPAA/EOB claim processing
- Proven track record of reducing DSO by 15%+
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
