- Resolve billing discrepancies and patient inquiries within 24 hours
- Perform monthly account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure charge capture compliance
- Generate monthly financial reports for departmental leadership
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance in all billing operations
- Optimize billing workflows through process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience with commercial and government payers
- Proficiency in Epic Resolute or similar EHR billing systems
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential strongly preferred
- Advanced knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding guidelines
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Associate's degree in healthcare administration or related field
