- Reconcile accounts receivable and manage payment posting
- Ensure HIPAA and CMS compliance for all billing activities
- Collaborate with coding teams to ensure proper CPT/ICD-10 assignment
- Generate monthly billing performance reports
- Train staff on billing process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) preferred
- Expertise in Epic or Cerner billing systems
- Advanced knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and billing analytics tools
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
