- Resolve billing discrepancies and denials through proactive communication
- Conduct patient billing inquiries with empathy and financial expertise
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and payer regulations
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure charge capture integrity
- Generate monthly reports for revenue cycle analysis
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in Epic or similar EPM systems
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC credentials preferred
- Expertise in CPT/ICD-10 coding and UB-04 forms
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
